Dynniq has announced that Operations Director Julian Lidiard is stepping down from his role and handing over to Richard Bevins, current Head of Urban Operations.
It says Bevins will join the senior leadership team taking over Lidiard’s responsibilities in Dynniq’s field engineering services business as he moves on to, as he puts it, ease up, look after his health and improve his work-life balance.
Lidiard was appointed as a Director in December 2014, initially with responsibility for Urban Field Service Operations. As the business started to evolve under Managing Director Daniel Ruiz, Julian took on interim responsibility for the work winning department in April 2015 and in March 2016 for the Innovation and Professional Services department. Then, in March 2016, Julian became responsible for all of Dynniq’s UK service delivery with the addition of the Infra-comms and Inter-urban businesses to his portfolio.
Dynniq's UK Managing Director Daniel Ruiz commented, “I would like to take this opportunity to thank Julian for the contribution he has made to the business since joining and wish him well with his future endeavours. With Julian leaving and Richard taking on his field engineering responsibilities, Dynniq is continuing to move forward with its strategy to become a leaner, more effective and reliable business, enabling us to continue to build on relationships with our legacy customers. Part of our business transformation strategy as Dynniq is to be increasingly Pro-active, Reliable and Open (PRO). Finding ways of working better, sticking to our commitments and continuing to be known for being honest and approachable helps us to achieve this. We will continue to put the customer first.”
Bevins said, “I am delighted to be able to use my many years’ experience gained in the industry to continue the focus on the operational delivery by the Dynniq field engineering services business. Having successfully worked with Julian for a few years on many diverse projects, both in the UK and Ireland, my intention is to build on the solid foundations he has created, ensuring Dynniq’s field engineering services team continues to be regarded as an excellent service provider which is aligned and complementary to Dynniq’s products and systems supporting the flow of traffic, people and goods around our transport network.”
