UltraCrete, part of the Instarmac group, is an award winning specialist manufacturer of highways maintenance solutions to the world market for over 40 years. We offer a portfolio of first time permanent reinstatement solutions which can greatly reduce your total cost of asset installation and ownership.

We have forged a reputation as one of the industry’s market leaders through our commitment to our stakeholders, research and development, customer service and product quality.

Supplying products to clients that include national highways agencies, contractors, local authorities and commercial organisations, we have spread our reach to a global audience with award winning projects and have been recognised as a Times Top 100 company for 8 years.

We offer highway maintenance solutions that are manufactured under the exacting requirements of ISO 9001 and have been HAPAS approved for over 15 years. This includes pothole and patch repair materials, overbanding and a Manhole Reinstatement System, as well as high specification concretes, bedding mortars, ancillaries and a surface defect repair system that addresses specific areas of preventative maintenance, helping to prevent potholes from forming. Our free on-site training and product demonstrations will also help you make the most out of our high performance products, reducing failures, increasing productivity and saving you money.

We were the first manufacturer to develop a cementitious bedding mortar for installing ironwork that fully meets the performance criteria of the HA104 specification, Envirobed HA104®. It can be used in the wet and in temperatures as low as 1°C and offers a greener alternative to its resin counterpart with no hazardous waste disposal and the added benefit of containing 20% recycled material. We have since formulated a flowable version for the utility sector, which combines as a bedding mortar and back fill, providing instant lateral stability, facilitating easier installation.

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact with many of our products containing up to 20% recycled material and have been recognised and awarded several times for our procedures. We achieved zero waste to landfill in 2014 which means 100% of our waste is recycled.

We provide a personal, efficient, award winning service that includes free text updates, email confirmation and you own dedicated field and office based customer support.

Our high quality products are delivered on our privately owned, FORS Silver accredited fleet that is fully tracked in-house, offering you more accurate deliveries, reduced damages and peace of mind.
