EMERGENCY AREAS: Collaborative project with Highways England providing rectangular slabs and V-channels for significant time saving.

AQUA-SLOT: Precast system provides high capacity drainage along verges, central reservations and junctions. Consistent quality for programme certainty with minimal installation labour required, saving significant time and material when compared to slipforming

HIGHWAYS ACCESS CHAMBER COVERS WITH HARD-STANDING: Type A and Type B chamber cover slabs designed for motorway communications. Average savings per unit: 12 manual handling activities, 20 miles of plant movements, 6m of timber shuttering, 8 man hours.

POST MOUNTED AMI ENTRY SIGNAL & ROTTM BASE: Used on smart motorway schemes saving significant time and labour costs. Reduces need for costly lane closures during construction works.

PRECAST PLINTHS FOR CABINETS: Factory production overcomes need for sacrificial steel skirt and saves significant time on site.

V– CHANNEL DRAINAGE SLAB: V-Channel slab with integrated V-Profile grating, designed to work with verge and central reservation slipform drainage systems avoiding the need to break out grating.

TRAPEZOIDAL CHANNELS: Precast concrete channels used to create ditches and manage waterflow at base of embankments.

EMBANKMENT ACCESS STAIRS: Modular, easy to install system requiring minimal preparation. Available in 3 widths 1M, 1.5M and 2M.

CATCH PITS: State-of-the art drilling machine with rotation plate serves as rapid hole cutter to provide the inlet/outlet profiles required for your project.

SUPER GULLY: Effective, low maintenance, kerbside stormwater management to rapidly remove water from highways prone to flooding. Developed with county councils to create an easy to install solution
