The Institute of Highway Engineers (IHE) has expanded its Membership and Qualifications team over recent months with the appointment of Leila Atherton as professional registration co-ordinator and Donna Kelly as a membership and qualifications officer.
Ms Atherton joined the IHE earlier this year, bringing with her 14 years of experience in Membership and Professional Registration.
Lyle Andrews, chief executive of the IHE, stated that ‘her impact has enhanced the member experience significantly since joining, and she has improved our processes for delegates and Reviewers alike.'
In August, Ms Kelly joined, bringing 12 years of experience in professional registration and promoting membership to external stakeholders.
In her previous experience at the Institution of Engineering and Technology, she worked closely with candidates applying for all categories of registration and built relationships with a large number of volunteers, including professional registration advisors and professional review interviewers.
More recently, she worked with external stakeholders across the country, promoting membership and other products and services.
Mr Andrews concluded: ‘We are delighted to welcome them both to the IHE. With our growing team, we are pleased to continue providing members with personalised support throughout their Professional Registration journey and beyond.
'This includes initiatives such as one-to-one Professional Registration Guidance Sessions, CPD webinars, and Professional Registration Q&A sessions, all designed to help members develop their careers and achieve their professional goals.'
