The Institute of Highways Engineers (IHE) would like to congratulate one of its stars, Ola Faleti, who has been awarded the Freedom of the City of London, a historic and prestigious honour that recognises his exceptional service and expertise in the field of logistics and transport planning.

The honour was formally bestowed at the Chamberlain's Court, Guildhall, in a ceremony steeped in tradition, dating back to 1237.

IHE chief executive Lyle Andrew said: 'This recognition is a testament to Ola's significant contributions to the logistics profession, particularly in London. With a Master's degree in Transport Planning & Management, Ola is an active Member of IHE and a Fellow of the CIHT and a Chartered Member of CILT. His work has consistently advanced best practices in construction logistics, urban freight planning and traffic management.

'This honour not only celebrates Ola's professional achievements but also his dedication to shaping the future of transport and logistics in the UK and beyond.'
