The annual International Motor Show event Automobile Barcelona is offering visitors a chance to experience and test intelligent autonomous vehicles built by some of the world's biggest manufacturers.The website access-ai.com reports that the ten day event, which starts on Thursday 11 May, is debuting a connected street which organisers say is a "global pioneering experience" which will be the main attraction for the general public.Visitors will be able to go on "The Street" to experience autonomous driving, e-mobility, connected cars and virtual reality.It says that the brands taking part in the Connected Street experimental zone include Honda, Hyundai, KIA, Mercedes Benz, SEAT, Smart and Toyota, with the collaboration of Servei Català de Trànsit (Traffic Services of Catalonia).
