Highways Magazine has launched an editorial advisory board.Members of the board reflect the title's readership and have been considering issues and working in fields related to highways for many years.Members will offer insight about marketplace happenings; give thoughts and opinions on topical issues, provide ideas for features and news contributions and help to steer the editorial direction of the magazine.The board is made up of the following representatives: Haydn Davies ' Department for Transport's HMEP programme manager Dana Skelley ' Director of asset management at Transport for London (TfL) Arthur Hannah ' President of the Institute of Asphalt Technology (IAT) Nick Anderson ' Marketing director for the Transport Research Laboratory (RTL) Richard Hayes ' President of the Institute of Highway Engineers (IHE) Steve Kent ' President of the Association of Directors of Environment, Economy, Planning and Transport (ADEPT) and an HMEP advocate Graham Edmond ' Head of network maintenance for Transport Scotland
