Collect:
ACO provides a wide range of linear drainage to collect water efficiently. Our Combined Kerb and drainage systems include the robust KerbDrain E+, alongside monolithic systems such as ACO RoadDrain and H-Range for extreme highway conditions. New for contractors, ACO KerbDrain inlet plugs close the inlet holes during surfacing to keep asphalt and debris out of the channel. They reduce the need for costly jetting, cut water use and CO2 linked to cleaning, and produce a neater finish along the kerb line. First of its kind for combined kerb and drainage products, the range is quick to fit at about six seconds per metre, reusable up to 20 times and fully recyclable, with versions for Half Batter and Splay profiles.
Clean:
Before water reaches our rivers or wider networks, it should be treated. ACO Vortex and Filtration separation systems remove pollutants from storm water. These can operate as compact standalone units or complement green treatment where space is limited.
Hold:
During heavy rainfall it is vital to release water at a controlled rate. ACO StormBrixx provides attenuation or infiltration, with ACO Q-Brake managing outflows from the system.
Reuse:
ACO Swale units help return water to the natural cycle by draining it into landscaping to promote sustainable reuse. Wildlife protection and biodiversity: ACO also offers products that guide small animals safely away from roads, helping to protect habitats.
