Highways England’s innovation and continuous improvement director, Paul Doney, will address the highways industry’s thought leaders at this year’s Traffex Seeing is Believing on 27 June.
Mr Doney will address delegates at 2pm on the first day of the two-day event, which features a conference, exhibition and unique outdoor demonstration area on the huge Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground.
He will discuss Highways England’s Innovation journey; its priorities for 2018 and beyond, the introduction of innovation to the network and how to work with Highways England on innovation projects.
'I am delighted to be speaking at Traffex SIB this year to be able to talk about how we are delivering innovation and technology on the strategic network,' Mr Doney said. 'I am happy to support Traffex SIB in its mission to showcase some of the best highway technology the industry has to offer.'
Highways England has a stated aim to deliver technology and innovation long-term and this call for industry to help them with this will be discussed further within Mr Doney's address.
