Joint Sealing

With our fleet of modern, low-emission floor saws, equipped with advanced safety features, we can efficiently and accurately cut both concrete and asphalt while prioritising safety. Employing advanced auto-array diamond technology, our equipment can achieve cutting depths of up to 620mm.
Rock Drilling
Our Rock Drilling services create holes in concrete in the side of slabs and road surfaces to accommodate dowel or starter bars. This process is fully autonomous, removing any hand-arm vibration exposure for operators. Dust generated during drilling is effectively managed at the entry point using extraction systems to ensure a safe working environment.
Pacopatch (Ironwork Reinstatement)
Using the IKO Pacopatch Repair System, we repair failing surfaces around manholes, drainage gullies, and other public utility ironworks. This two-component polymermodified mastic asphalt solution forms a durable, impermeable, and void-free mass around ironworks without requiring any compaction. With a rapid cure time of 1–2 hours, disruptions to road users are minimised.
Diamond Drilling
For full-depth repairs to isolated areas or complete bay replacements, diamond-drilled holes prevent overcutting at corners or internal demolition cuts, thereby avoiding further damage to the remaining concrete surface. Our self-sufficient, trailer-mounted drilling rigs can also efficiently and accurately form holes for bollards, barriers or signs.
Concrete Repairs - Thin Bond Concrete Patch Repair
Our Thin Bond Concrete Patch Repair Service utilises BBA HAPAS-approved Maxi-Crete material to repair cracks, spalling, and failed joints, extending the lifespan of concrete and asphalt surfaces. This fast, cost-effective, and flexible treatment minimises the need for costly and disruptive full-depth repairs, with treated areas returning to service in as little as 60 minutes.
