Shortlists revealed for Highways awards

The shortlists for this year's Highways Magazine Excellence Awards 2014  have  been confirmed by the judging panel.

Winners will be revealed at a gala evening at the Lancaster London on Tuesday 21st October hosted by newsreader Mary Nightingale.
