Leeds City Council has tendered a highways and transportation cost consultancy services framework valued at £5.76m.
The local authority is looking to appoint ‘a consultancy with expertise in providing cost management services' that can offer ‘agile and reactive working arrangements' to support the delivery of the city's highways and transportation capital works programme.
Running initially from 2 November 2026 to 1 November 2028, the contract allows a possible extension to 1 November 2030, bringing the total length to four years.
While Leeds is acting as the contracting authority, it stated that the framework will be open for use to other local authorities within the Yorkshire and Humber region.
Those wishing to participate in the framework must submit enquiries by 27 August 2026, with tenders due by 3 September.
The council plans to announce the successful applicants by 1 October 2026.
