Lincolnshire County Council has appointed 13 contractors to its £180m highways select list framework.
Set to run for just over three and a half years from 28 May 2026 to 11 January 2030, the contract has been split into the following lots:
- Lot 1. General Works £0-1.5m – estimated value of £21.6m
- Lot 2. General Works £1.5-6m – estimated value of £67.2m
- Lot 3. Major Highway Resurfacing Works (PRN) £0-6m – estimated value of £91.2m
Each lot has five suppliers appointed, but two companies - C.R. Reynolds and Holcim UK – appear on multiple lots (2 and 3 for Reynolds, 1 and 3 for Holcim).
The council plans to award any future works covered by this framework through the use of competitive call-offs, with contractors bidding on individual schemes as they become available.
Full details of the framework can be found here.
