J McCann appointed to £9m lighting contract

J McCann & Co have started on a new street lighting term maintenance contract with North East Lincolnshire Borough Council valued at £9.6m.

Running from 1 December until 30 November 2029, the four-year contract has the possibility of four 12-month extensions make the final end date 30 November 2033.

This new contract will see J McCann undertake the installation and maintenance of street and car park lighting, along with illuminated signs, bollards and seasonal illuminations.

The company was appointed to this contract via Lot 1 of the Framework for the Installation and Maintenance of Road Lighting, Traffic Signs and Bollards for North East and North Lincolnshire Councils.
