Nottingham City Council has tendered a traffic signals framework that allows for up to three suppliers over the next four years.

The contract, which has an estimated value of £2.4m, is expected to run for four years from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2031. It will see the successful suppliers provide traffic signal works ‘within the boundaries' of the city.

Once appointed, suppliers will receive contracts from the framework by direct award.

Those wishing to take part in the framework must submit enquiries by 26 November, with tenders then due by 3 December.

Price makes up 70% of the award criteria, with quality comprising a further 20% and social value accounting for the final 10%.
