Wirral Council has tendered a contract for in-situ recycling patching works on the A8 valued at £1.05m.
The contract is set to run for three years from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2029.
Half of the award criteria has been given to the price of the tender, with quality making up 40% and the remaining 10% occupied by social value.
Companies interested in competing for the contract have until 30 October to send in an enquiry, with tenders then due on 9 November.
