Crushing-ly good collaboration

This year's Hillhead will also see BULK processing plant specialists Wright Engineering team up with materials handling experts Martin Engineering for this year's quarrying exhibition.

The collaboration between these two companies' brings together Wright's reputation for engineering excellence with high-quality processing systems, with Martin's solutions to eliminate blockages and build-ups, prevent spillage and reduce dust emissions.

Big names with the best kit

JCB is also expected to unveil a range of new machines and technology developments at Hillhead 2026, with the new 520X crawler excavator, JCB's ‘largest and most powerful X-Series machine to date', taking centre stage.

Developed for heavy-duty applications, the 50-tonne-class excavator marks a major expansion of the company's Heavyline range.

TEREX Washing Systems (TWS) is joining JCB in presenting new machinery, with the public debut of the AggreScrub P80 log-washer with pre-screen.

Mounted on a single modular chassis, the high‑performance wet-processing solution combines pre‑screening, log-washer scrubbing, post-screening, contaminant removal, and slurry management within one integrated system.

UK-first for T650

Bobcat's stand will also host first-time viewings for new equipment, with Hillhead 2026 marking the first showing of the T650 compact track loader in the UK, as well as the first appearance at the show of the new generation R2-Series 1–2-tonne mini-excavators. The T650 will be part of the static display on the stand and the new mini excavators will be put through their paces in the demonstration area.

60 years young

Powerscreen will mark its 60th anniversary at Hillhead 2026 with its long-standing UK distributor Blue Group by linking the ‘pioneering origins of mobile screening' in the 1960s with modern, advanced processing solutions.

With an expanded exhibitor location, Powerscreen will be showing a fully refurbished MK1 screening unit – the company's original machine – alongside its latest equipment, including the Chieftain 2200 triple-deck screen, the largest inclined screen in the range.
