Peter Hogg has been appointed as Arcadis' new country director for the UK and Ireland, taking the reins from Simon Bimpson, who will continue to serve as president of Arcadis Advanced Manufacturing.

With 28 years of experience at Arcadis, Mr Hogg brings ‘unparalleled professional experience' in both the built environment and civil society. Whilst taking on this new role, Mr Hogg will also continue to serve as London City Executive.

A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, his experience includes building surveying and project management, as well as having a hand in delivering some of London's most important infrastructure programmes, including the Jubilee Line Extension, St Pancras International Station, and Heathrow's Terminal 5.

Having spent nine years as London City Executive, Mr Hogg has led Arcadis' market strategy, client engagement, and key business development activities in the capital and has also led Arcadis' central and local government relations programme.
