Piotr Krawczynski will join BUKO Traffic & Safety's UK executive team as its new PMO and transformation director.
Mr Krawczynski brings over two decades of experience across highways, infrastructure, utilities and traffic management. His most recent role was transformation director at Core Highways, but he has also held the positions of regional director for Chevron Traffic Management, general manager at A Cones, and traffic management operations manager at CVU.
He is expected to focus on mergers and acquisitions, the integration of new business and ‘ongoing operational improvement'. He will report directly to managing director Mark Gallimore.
BUKO stated that he will also play ‘an important role' in strengthening the company's processes, governance and ‘ways of working' as the business continues to grow.
‘I'm pleased to welcome Piotr to BUKO and to the UK Executive Team,' said Mr Gallimore. ‘He brings strong operational and transformation experience across our industry, as well as experience of business integration and performance improvement.
‘As we continue to grow the UK business, Piotr will play an important role in making sure we have the right processes, structure and plans in place to support that growth. I'm looking forward to working with him and the wider team to deliver our priorities.'
