Crown Plus has promoted Jenny Moten to managing director in less than a year, stating that she has played 'a pivotal role in accelerating growth' since joining the company last September as executive director.

Ms Moten has extensive infrastructure expertise through senior roles at National Highways, Amey, Cadent and Core Highways.

Crown Plus, a leader in sustainable highways drainage solutions, highlighted that Ms Moten's arrival coincided with a transformative period for the business, following a £4m investment from Mercia Ventures in February 2025.

Since then it has 'doubled revenue, expanded its workforce by 40%, and invested more than £2m in plant and equipment to strengthen delivery capabilities and support larger-scale projects', Crown Plus said. Even before the investment, it was already on the rise, almost tripling turnover over the previous three years.

Ms Moten said: 'I am delighted to step into the role of managing director at Crown Plus and to be working alongside such an innovative, customer-focused team. This is an incredibly exciting time for the business as we continue to scale, building on our strong safety record and reputation for delivering high-quality solutions. I look forward to driving the next phase of growth and further strengthening our position in the market.'

The success comes at a key milestone for the company, as 2025 saw the business celebrate its 10-year anniversary since it was founded in 2015 by Gary Price and Mr Conner.

It now boasts 'a strengthened team, enhanced capabilities, and a clear roadmap for continued expansion.
