Highway Care has announced a new senior leadership structure following the company's acquisition by Ramudden Global earlier this year.
Adam Thompson has been made managing director of the well-respected specialist in barrier systems and innovative safety solutions.
Bringing 22 years of experience in the sector to the role, he has previously worked across sales, strategy development, project delivery and leadership.
Matt Morphet has taken on responsibility for the barrier division's performance, including products. He has almost 30 years of experience and is co-chair of the Institute for Collaborative Working's (ICW) Highways Forum and a Federated Advisory Board Member of the Roads Academy.
Company stalwart Ben Duncker retains his position as commercial director, having been at the company for 22 years. Engineering and manufacturing director, Adrian Bullock, also remains in post as part of Highway Care's new leadership team and Ken Hutchins continues as finance director.
Mr Thompson commented: ‘The professionals chosen to lead Highway Care have been selected to enable us to drive expansion and innovation in key areas of our business, including temporary barrier, automation, MTP and international road safety solutions as we complete our transition from SME to become a dynamic part of Ramudden Global Group.'
