Former Kier chief executive Andrew Davies has joined facility management company Mitie as a non-executive director.
Mr Davies joined the group's board on 17 August and also serves on Mitie's audit and risk, nomination, and remuneration committees.
Currently, Mr Davies is the chair of Southern Water, but he previously spent six years as Kier's chief executive from April 2019 until October 2025. He also spent four years leading Wates Group as CEO prior to that.
His prior experience includes nearly 30 years at BAE Systems, where he held roles such as group strategy director, managing director for land systems, and managing director for maritime.
