VINCI has announced that former deputy chief financial officer (CFO) Thierry Mirville will take over as vice-president CFO following the retirement of Christian Labeyrie at the end of this year.

Mr Mirville's career began in 1991 at GTIE (a subsidiary of Compagnie Générale de Eaux, which was later renamed VINCI Energies in 2002 after VINCI acquired it).

Shortly after this, in 2003, Mr Mirville was appointed CFO of VINCI Energies Deutschland, before becoming CFO of VINCI Energies in 2006.

More recently, he joined VINCI SA, leading its treasury, financing and tax department, and in 2021, he was appointed CFO of the new VINCI Construction division, which handles VINCI's construction and road works activities.

In October last year, he moved into VINCI's executive team, becoming deputy CFO.
