The technology company Xerox is using Intertraffic to highlight its new parking payment system, which saves drivers time by using a bar code to read the relevant data.The new system means there is no need for the ticket to be inserted into a machine, reducing the time taken to exit a barrier down to around one second.Product marketing manager Denis Brazolotto told Smart Highways editor Paul Hutton, "it will reduce the time for cars to exit the car park, and with the ANPR system will allow parkers to automatically without having to enter their ticket.
