Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation has started preliminary market engagement on a £5bn, 13 lot national framework, covering civil engineering, infrastructure and enabling works for four years.
Running from 4 September 2026 to 3 September 2030, the framework is UK-wide and will be available to all public sector bodies.
It has been divided into the following lots:
- Lot 1 – Civils and Infrastructure – Collaborative Partners
- Lot 2 – Civils and Infrastructure – Highways
- Lot 3 – Civils and Infrastructure – Rail
- Lot 4 – Civils and Infrastructure –Water and Environmental
- Lot 5 – Civils and Infrastructure – Maritime
- Lot 6 – Civils and Infrastructure – Energy
- Lot 7 – Civils and Infrastructure – Aviation
- Lot 8 – Civils and Infrastructure – Specialist Projects
- Lot 9 –Civils and Infrastructure – Rail Systems
- Lot 10 – Enabling Works – Collaborative Partners
- Lot 11 - Enabling Works – Demolition
- Lot 12 - Enabling Works – Remediation and Groundworks
- Lot 13 - Enabling Works – Full Enabling Works
Each of these lots will then be further divided into regions, covering from the North East to the South West, as well as the devolved nations.
To help develop this framework, the organisation is hosting a webinar on 22 April at 1pm, during which a Q&A session will be held with answers posted along with the full slide deck once they have responses to all questions asked.
