Yunex Traffic has announced its acquisition of Traffic Solutions Limited (TSL), the exclusive supplier of Yunex Traffic solutions to Irish local authorities, for an undisclosed fee.
Having worked with Yunex for the past three decades, TSL brings a ‘deep' market knowledge to the company, as well as strong technical capability and a ‘long-standing reputation for reliability'.
TSL's managing director Brian Lee will support an ‘in-depth, structured handover' to help ‘ensure a seamless transition' that the two companies hope will safeguard knowledge, relationships and operational consistency.

Yunex Traffic was approached regarding the value of the acquisition, but a spokesperson for the company stated that it does not publicly disclose these.
