Booking is now open for Bridges Conference 2026 on 11-12 March in Coventry - the UK's premier event for the bridge engineering and asset management sector.

The event, which is hosted by Highways' sister title Bridge design & engineering, brings together decision-makers from local authorities to national infrastructure bodies, as well alongside contractors and solution providers.

It also boasts outstanding return on investment numbers. At last year's Bridges conference, 96% of delegates played a key role in purchasing decisions, and 7 out of 10 exhibitors immediately rebooked for this year.

The conference programme is available online and boasts presentations from senior sector figures such as Mark Maynard, structures team leader at National Highways, Hazel McDonald, chief bridge engineer (head of structures) at Transport Scotland and Sue Threader, chief executive of the Rochester Bridge Trust and elected Bridgemaster of London.

They will be appearing alongside big names from private outfits such as Mott MacDonald, Arcadis, COWI and WSP.

BDE publisher Lisa Bentley said: 'The Bridges Conference is the UK's leading conference for bridge professionals. Taking place at the CBS Arena Coventry, UK on 11-12 March. This year the conference will cover the key topics of innovation, collaboration and resilience, and how these are shaping the future.'
