Cheshire West and Chester Council has confirmed it will be the first authority to trial a new 'cost-free' AI scheduling software solution from Triopsis.
The OneView 2.0 platform gives councils and contractors 'instant, cost-free access to permit data, roadworks information and traffic management plans through a simple, intuitive interface'.
As a highways AI scheduling software specialist, Triopsis created OneView 2.0 to complement its core business of optimising roadworks operations — while ensuring public data remains truly public.
This means the software itself is free to use, Triopsis said, helping remove the barrier of subscription fees 'while delivering enhanced functionality to support smarter, more efficient road work planning'.
Cheshire West and Chester Council said it would integrate the platform into its public-facing website this month.

Triopsis will showcase OneView at a Local Council Roads Innovation Group (LCRIG) webinar on Tuesday 23 September, followed by live demonstrations at Strictly Highways annual conference on 30 September.
