Transport for London (TfL) has announced that a score of firms have secured places on a £500m professional services framework.
TfL said: 'In line with its commercial strategy, TfL continues to work within a category management approach for replacing the current suite of frameworks.
'Fundamental to the success of the programme is ensuring that the intended users have access to the necessary technical and specialist skills and services to meet their requirements. The key strategic objectives of the new suite of frameworks includes higher quality service provision, reduced costs and greater value for money.'
The framework starts on 2 June 2020 for a three-year period expiring on the 1 June 2023. The authority may extend for up to a further 12 months for a total of four years.
TfL is not committed to the estimated spend figure.
