Construction business consultancy Invennt has appointed Cameron Foley as its chief operating officer, where he joins former colleagues Tim Fitch and Brendan Morahan.
Invennt said that Mr Foley (pictured) brings valuable leadership to its board during a period of rapid growth for the company.
The role of COO is a new position within the company and will see Mr Foley leading operations to ‘ensure operational excellence across the business, helping Invennt continue to realise its mission to create value through construction’.
Mr Foley was previously managing director of Skanska’s Building Division, responsible for major public construction projects and a member of the senior management team of Skanska UK. Prior to this he was MD of Skanska’s Specialist Foundation Contractor, Cementation and was operations director at SRW Engineering Services.
He also previously worked at Taylor Woodrow, alongside Mr Fitch and Mr Morahan, both directors of Invennt.
Mr Fitch said: ‘Cameron is a seasoned and trusted leader who consistently delivers results. He is uniquely qualified to drive our strategy and help meet our objectives. It is a tremendous pleasure to welcome my friend Cameron to the team. I am confident that he will further accelerate the growth of the business and take our operations to the next level.'
Mr Morahan said: 'I have absolute confidence in Cameron’s ability to deliver outstanding operational performance and help our growing team to continue to drive the business forward. We are committed to delivering excellence for our customers and this appointment demonstrates that.'
Mr Foley said, 'I am delighted to be joining Invennt during this exciting period of growth for the company and look forward to working with the team to deliver excellent projects for our customers.'
