Hugh Gillies, director of roads at Transport Scotland, will lead discussions on addressing the critical transport skills shortage, while Alan Ferguson, materials advisor, will discuss data-driven road maintenance planning.
Transport Scotland's ambitious plan to deliver 30,000 public EV charge points by 2030, supporting Scotland's transition to Net Zero by 2045, will also be outlined.
Bridges Scotland will feature presentations on the Forth Road Bridge main cable inspection programme and asset management frameworks for Scotland's bridge infrastructure.
