Pothole repair manufacturer Instarmac has been listed 78th in The Sunday Times' annual Top 100 Best Small Companies To Work For.
The top 100 places are awarded annually following research conducted by Best Companies with Instarmac awarded three star status, the highest level possible.
Instarmac also took home the 'Innovation in Engagement Practice' special award. This award is recognition of their two holiday homes in Padstow and Tenerife. Employees may use these homes free or charge and even receive travel expense contributions.
Managing director John Holcroft (pictured left with internal sales manager Danielle Mosso) said: "I am thrilled with our double award win. We go to great lengths to achieve high levels of engagement, which truly works for our business and external recognition is the ultimate accolade."
Instarmac has been supplying specialist highway maintenance and construction products to the UK and worldwide markets since 1977 and this is the sixth time that the company has been placed in the list.
