Shortlist revealed for 2016 Excellence Awards

31/08/2016 | HIGHWAYS REPORTERS

The shortlist for the 2016 Highways Magazine Excellence Awards has been announced today (31 August), ahead of the ceremony on 6 October.

Winners will be revealed at a gala evening at the Radisson Blu Portman, London, with the event hosted by newsreader Huw Edwards.

Highways Magazine editor Alec Peachey said: “This year we received a large number of entries and the shortlist features a host of impressive projects and inventive new technology.

“Our team of expert judges – which represent all four corners of the UK – faced a tough task but having considered the projects entered they’ve whittled down the list to just those schemes that they believe have a shot at winning a coveted trophy.”
