Arup and Scott Wilson win traffic management deal

Arup, in partnership with URS Scott Wilson, has been appointed to a new national Government Procurement Service framework for Traffic Management Technology research and consultancy services.

The pan-government collaborative agreement is now available to all UK public sector bodies and will deliver up to £3 billion of contracts during its four year lifetime.

The framework will make the public sector procurement process easier by providing instant access to approved suppliers at agreed rates.

Public sector buyers will be able to purchase services ranging from Street Lighting Services to Traffic Management Research and Consultancy.  It will also offer greater efficiency for public sector agencies to purchase traffic management technologies.

Arup, and partner URS Scott Wilson, will provide project planning, management, research and design services under Lot 8: Traffic Management Research and Consultancy.
