Shanks joins JPCS

Highways maintenance and civil engineering contractor JPCS has appointed Rosie Shanks as its new commercial and business development director.

Shanks (pictured) has more than 20 years’ experience in the highways and local authority sector. She has held various positions for local authorities and private contractors including Ennis Prismo.

In her new role, Shanks will be responsible for growing the company’s client base in highways, rail and renewable energy infrastructure, as well as developing and managing the strategy for long term growth.

Peter Shone, managing director of JPCS, said: “Rosie has a proven track record of maximising the profitability of contracts and developing lasting partnerships to secure sustained growth.”
