Highways England has awarded Carter Jonas a national property management, enquiries, sales and estates contract in a deal that could be worth close to £20m.
Carter Jonas is due to start the contract on 1 April 2018 and will manage a portfolio worth an estimated £100m covering more than 900 assets around England across the commercial, rural and residential sectors.
Under the deal, which is worth £6.6m a year for a period of up to three years, the firm will undertake acquisitions and disposals as well as providing landlord and tenant, professional advisory and treasury services.
