Driverless technology and smart mobility solutions company EasyMile has announced that it has become the first autonomous vehicle company to obtain ISO 9001 for its quality management system.
The certification has been awarded to EasyMile by Bureau Veritas.
EasyMile said that the ISO 9001:2015 certification is a key first step to develop and to better structure it’s activities dedicated to autonomous mobility.
The ISO 9001 certification also demonstrates that the company is able to consistently deliver quality products and services that meet customers’ and regulatories’ requirements with continuous improvement.

The certification scope includes all EasyMile’s activities; from the specifications of Autonomous Vehicle, software and system development, up to its deployment and support in the field. This certification also includes EasyMile’s activities with third party manufacturers aiming to reach autonomy with their platform thanks to EasyMile’s unique autonomous technology.
